This is an awesome handset which I recently bought, the features are the best in PDA / Business Phones in this range, Its light weight.
Mostly PDA handsets in 15K category do not provide Radio and GPS and give only one interface medium.
This handset has FM Radio and even a key pad with a scroller. so most comfortable for those who travel frequently.
    Every thing is just good.
A few but minor drawbacks are, the Alarm has a pre-defined number of tones which are in no way going to wake you up unless you sleep a dog's sleep .
The company provides only 1 stylus with it and only 1 screen scratch guard instead of 2 provided by others.

Still I would recommend it as a good buy....
Still, if you are looking for a time tested brand, with approximately all the features, then you can go for HTC 3300. But it does not provide a keypad instead it provides a cursor.
Other than ASUS, a keypad business phone with touch screen would cost something around 25K.
