My name is Ashok Kaushik,having BSNL Landline telephone number 0161-2670049 at my residence.
regarding my this connection I am regularly writing to etalik and BSNL department of Transport Nagar,Ludhiana,Punjab regarding non receipt of my BSNL landline telephonr bills for the last 6 months as I am regularly making payment well in time ,the my record of BSNL can be checked. I normally make all payments at Online Payment Portal of BSNL,
I have also one more complaint about this Online Payment Portal. My current bill of BSNL landline never displayed at BSNL Online Payment Portal well in time ,always displayed after complaints and complaints. Why this happens? I always make payments of my BSNL Landline telephone number 0161-2670049 well in time to avoid disconnection and other irregularities.

Is it not possible that my BSNL Landline telephone bill can be received well in time and on regular basis ?
Display of my current bills can be displayed in time on portal.
