Yes you can use it in India as it support GSM bands used in India, make you get one with GSM 900 and 1800.

Its still to launch in India.
But i doubt there can be any problem most of the phones work perfectly fine here.
It had a Kitkat Android to it as far as i have heard. This should make its browsing fast.
The point to worry is the services if you will get the repair or the other issues solved here if you face any. And the phones usually have a country code to their system, so if the Indian sims are supported then think you should be good to go.
