Hi everyone,
Out of curiosity, I checked my blood samples , I found I have very high RBC as compared to normal people. I am now worried, I should get to see doctor or I can reduce them naturally ? I am living a active life, I workout 3 days a week and have healthy physics, I also run 1 day a week apart of workout and there is daily some small cardio. So please tell me how can I reduce rbc naturally or I am in trouble ?
