Usually we all drink milk after boiling, it is coming from old days where we used to obtain milk directly from the farm but now in cities , we have to rely on packaged milk which is pasteurized milk, when I read about pasteurization, it is process in which milk is heated to 72 degree celcius to 100+ for 30 seconds and then rapidly cooled down to 6 degree or so, killing bacteria or other things in it. So, can we drink pasteurized milk directly, is it safe to drink without boiling ?
