Passport reschedule / cancel what to do ?

i could not go to PSK(Passport Seva Kendra) due to delay in my train schedule....

I am supposed to return to my work place(New Delhi) in a week. i am applying for rescheduling, but in case i get a date after 2 weeks or so......

then can i visit a PSK at my workplace with the required documents?
