IN XP, open chrome -
Under the organize tab > click on 'export bookmark to html file' and save the html file somewhere where it can be accessed by your windows 7.
now IN 7, open chrome -
go to Bookmark Manager in chrome - simply paste this in address bar" chrome://bookmarks/#1 " and hit enter.
Under the organize tab > click on 'import bookmark from html file' and select the html file which you exported from xp. and Done.
