Friends, I have noticed that I sometimes my Google Chrome site opens very slow but some sites opens normally. I noticed the issue is with only secure sites. It just keeps saying in lower left bottom :

Sometimes I need to wait or sometimes have to open site in other browser. Do, what could be the problem,is it problem with my browser or computer ?

I also see similar issue but very rarely. I think once in 10 times. And reloading it solves it. Are you sure you connection is working fine all the time?
