Bro, you have trouble, these vartical lines generally means that your display is dying, if it is a screen with Passive Matrix technology, it probably means there are burnt transistors (dead pixels) and they show up as whole lines and if its a screen with Active Matrix, only one dead pixel shows up (and not a whole line).
But if your lines changes location every time you start your computer then it could be faulty display chip/ video card.. in either case you are in trouble. Have you tried connecting Monitor to other computer, do you same lines there too.. then definitely its Monitor dying.

thats the fault of your CPU...may be not sure you should take it to a repair point to avoid any further problems.
