100% cpu usage by Andy Emulator - causing computer to hang (windows 7)

Hello buddies

My Andy addroid installation is causing 100% usage and intermediately my computer is handing . I've tried resetting it to default settings using :

System Tray > HandyAndy > Settings > Factory Default (ImportOVA) > Andy.ova.

Also have added Andy.exe to

NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Program Settings > Select program to Add > Andy.exe.

I have installed it from latest install Andy_v41_12.exe installer.

My system config is :
Windows 7 x64 4GB ram Intel Xeon 5160 3Ghz Virtualization Enabled NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS. Anyone if can help me out to solve this problem then would be great .
