I have passed the first two stages ( Up to verification) and had to spend two appointments at PSK Kolkata. The third appointment was for the Granting Section (Go) who told me to bring the old ( already stamped as cancelled) passport again. As I did not think that it will be required again after cancellation, so I did not bring it that day. Now when I am trying to book an appointment for submission of the same, the system is showing "Maximum Online Appointment Attempts Exceeded". What should I do? The PSK is not allowing me to enter without appointment.

In short, you can apply for new passport since you don't have any more appointment schedule and give it a reason to apply for new passport.
