Android Play Store not downloading anything but keeps trying

Hello sir,

I need help for my phone running Android 4.4.2. I am facing complicated problem of apps not installing from play store. When I open playstore, I can select app of my choice and then also select install. Now the app has been added in queue but it never actually starts downloading. All it show that bar is trying to start downloading and constantly moving but in actual there is no download. I tried multiple application but all gets added in download queue but nothing actually starts downloading.

I searched all around and try few possible solutions..

I tried to delete "PlayStore" cache from Settings--> apps but still same problem continues. I also tried to reboot many time but again the same problem. I also reset my phone using reset to factory from settings --> about phone --> reset but same problem continues even with fresh install. Its driving my crazy so please help me now.
