How to break the xp password if the default administrator account is also password protected?

A per my kowledge abt the Window Xp. If u forget the window user name & password, You can change passowed through login to adminstrator account.

But if u forget the Adminstrator password & window password then u can break it either by usingr third party software to break the password or by reloading the windows...

As per my Knowledge you have to log in from Safe Mode and then break the password
