when i open %temp% it shows some hidden files in to it but dont delete them. How could I delete them??

Download Ccleaner software and will delete lots of unwanted files from your computer. Its freeware and very useful.

yes cleaner software is the best choice. but sometimes it won't delete everything. you can boot PC with Ubuntu or fedora disc and delete these files
