    Hi,

I am not an expert from my experience I know that Epithelial cells 8-10/hpf in urine is something of concern, rest is fine. Epithelial cells is the lining that protects the body from your urine, if there's epithelial cells, that means the cells are sloughing off. Epithelial cell contamination in urine while it is passing through urethra. Some epithelial cells may also be contributed by vaginal secretions. Pus cells in urine means definite indication of some type of infection and the body is suffering from some kind of an ailment.

So along with other symptoms , your doctor may be able to diagnose issue. Probably you have infection and a proper medication can resolve it easily.
