As you asked about CTM (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) routine. I will say that it depends on a person to person and their skin type. I too see a lots of advertisement of various skincare products and many dermatologists recommend to use it daily even twice, day and night. And while some of the dermatologist say water is enough to wash your face, you don’t even need cleanser also.
But I think as long as you don’t have any skin problem like dullness, dryness, acne or any other you don’t need to apply multiple products, a good moisturiser and sunscreen is enough for your face. Too many products can block your pores and You might get acne other problems which you don’t have.
But if you interested in and wants to start ctm routine ,I would say you should first consult a dermatologist to get your skin inspected.
