It has a huge built for an ultra camera and is a bit heavy as compared to other compacts. But if you past its size and weight, the Samsung WB5000 is a great deal and a perfect value for money. It costs approx 19000/- INR.

WB5000 is a brilliant performer in every aspect and pushing its specifications without comprising on performance. Its most striking feature can be considered the 10X optical zoom it provides.

Having a magnificent built quality, it is not recommended for those who want to carry it in their pockets.

The camera boasts of its night mode being the best among this breed although ISO sensitivity is not that impressive. WB5000 uses prolonged exposure to stumble past its average ISO performance and deliver close-to-perfect results. Although, the resulting image is high on detail but since it uses prolonged exposure, artefacts remain low, yielding truly beautiful results.
