Hi, I am kamal kishore living in australia from 6 years. I bought a plot in dehradhun in 2000. but know it has been occupied by unknown person. He argue that his way goes throuth that plot which is really un logical. Anyone give me ideas and suggestions to solve this problem. I need help. Reply soon.

Dear according to your problem you are going through exactly similar situation that i was. Althougth the situation is not so similar but inhumanity is similar that i have faced un logically as you are facing now. But some one told me about the NRI legal services. I sent the query there as client and got the solution of my problem. So i cansuggest you only that you should search the same site online. Hope so it would be helpful for you.

well it seems the person is sick and can only be taught a lesson in court.
so first you should try police help(you can get your work done by bribing some officials thats how everything works i know it's bad but thats how things are done in such cases or that man will bribe the police n will cause you a trouble.)
if things don't work then doors of court are open for justice.

According to me it takes time even u approach police who are corrupted..take ur money away and tell u some stories to leave the land...i would rather prefer a well known candidate who have influence over all these issues and approach ASAP.wish u the best..
