TATA Docomo has launched its Prepaid services in selected circles, it has launched its post paid plans in Orrissa and Tamil Nadu.

May be not used to per second per paisa tariffs but nothing exciting so far in plans. Let me know if you are able to make anything useful from above plans.

Ya it has very good tariff plans. It's 1p/sec for local, std calls to any operator is one of the best plan.
