Outgoing mail server | Unable to send email of VSNL account

hi
I am having email account of VSNL and using Reliance broadband connection as my ISP. I am able to receive incoming mails but not able to send mails (Outlook Express). Please anybody help me out with it.

hmm...

You probably need to change authentication type. There are several authentication type in settings ie. where you set SMTP server, try one by one and let us know.
