Its scam, if you never participated in anything then how can you win. Its pretty common these days ie. getting such mails saying you are LUCKY Winner.

Haha today i got an email they said your UBI account was modified so just go to the link and enter your username and password to get a new password.

Most of the messages like this, are sent to get the information like address,ph.no,email id of these users and after that then they will never contact the user regarding this at all... they use this information for various purposes like sending ads.. there are few more worser cases where they wud ask u to deposit moneyon them...
