I am working on a software in which I need to move the HTML components and resize them at the runtime i.e. after running the project a user should be able to resize the components like text box, labels etc. like we do in paintbrush or MS-word(we just drag the boundaries of a table or line to the size we need). How can I provide such a facility to the user??? Please give a detailed solution.....

This can be done using Javascript. There are pre made script available or you can write your own using tutorials.
