I want to be able to receive payments and make payments online, but i do not have any card( credit, dabit or visa card) to do so. This is suppose to mean i should be able to open with Zero deposit, since i cannot make any initial deposit due to lack of payment methods. Does anyone have any idea on which website i can visit to open an account and get a debit card or any card. Paypal is not an option to me, because my country is restricted(Zimbabwe). Your help is greatly appreciated

IF no paypal then you can do wire transfer ie. use swift.

wire transfer is not good enough. Here is what i want to be able to do:

1. receive payments online from affiliate programs say.
2. be able to purchase online, domain names, softwares e.t.c

Ask your friend or family person who is living somewhere else to open Paypal account as most of the affiliates support only paypal and you can purchase too using paypal.

There are other options like 2checkout but they can only receive payments for you. egold etc. are not reliable.
