The population of China is over 1.5 billion,I guess, perhaps reaching 1.6 billion.In actual fact,Each family has 2.5 children in China. the population in China has not been controlled well.

In actual fact,only about 10% family in china have a child ,about 60% family in china have two children,about 30% family in china have three children or more than three children .in my town even a mother have eleven children.

One Child policy Only is carried in those government units in city,The units staffs salary is given by government,Being afraid of losing work, they only be able to have a child.if they have two children,they would be dismissed by government.but now,The dismissal punishment is insteaded by amercement,many people worked in government unit began to have two child.

Almost all peasant in china country have two or over two children,Government only allow they have a child,but if they pay some money to government,they would be allowed to have two or over two children.One Child family is very seldom in china country.

A great number of children have been born in covertly.these children are not counted by government,they was in No Account of official.

To support a larger population,china have already improved their cultivated land productivity maximum.
The china population is increaseing constantly,The cultivated land area is decreasing constantly.The Large areas of land are damaged by the exploitation of natural resources.

When whole Chinese are excited in China's 60th Anniversary,No one is aware of that a huge crisis between population and resources.No one realized china's ecological environment is deteriorating constantly,No one is worried about Our next generation how to survive?the great majority of Chinese hope owning car,living big and big house, Consuming large source and power as Western nations do.Only I weep in dark for the human future.

China is No. technology and even In population too.. China reach to the 60th year of Freedom but still no body is conserend about the population there.

China government already set many rules there but still the population increasing day by day.

India is the second in Population... China is following the govenment set rules but in India No body even bother about 2 child plan.

Indian Population is rising more faster than China.. yes definitely India will break the record of China soon.

Indian Govt. need to take necessary action on the same and fine people those who not follows because it is very serious matter.

Population is something which can't be checked by making laws.
You should know that even your Govt. took some steps and earlier they even tried to enforce them but here in India there is no path to salvation.
