Hi...

I know it is totally insane to ask such a question here....but i was in a gift shop the other day and saw a glass case with a viscous liquid on both ends of the tube. On vertical position the liquid falls as drops from one end to the other…either by falling directly or just like the drops climbing down some steps....or falling on a wheel which rotates.... When the liquid at one end is finished we can tilt it 180 degree and the liquid from the filled end will fall as drops to the empty end…

I just want to know the name of this gift coming in a glass case...i appreciate you help
