MEIN AUR MRS kAHNNA- MOVIE REVIEW

Directed by sohail khan, the movie has Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor and Sohail khan in the lead roles along with Yash Tonk, Preity zinta doing a cameo and Deepika Padukone in a special appearence in the film.
The story is about husband and wife played by Salman(Samir Khanna) who has everything such as love success and prosperity but would be losing it very soon, he’s in transit and wondering whether to fly away from it all or stay back. Kareena kapoor playing the character of Raina who loves her husband very much and has undying loyalty towards him. However his pursue of success drifts them apart and kareena finds solace in Sohail Khan playing the character of Akash is a carefree person who has set his heart on wining the heart of a married woman(Kareena). The movie does have interesting moments and debutante director Prem Soni, has worked on the film but the weak story line gives away the game. Salman and Kareena are good especially Kareena.

The story takes place in an international airport where our three stars have to decide which route to take and which destination to land upon. Be it Salman who believes in being the provider of the family or Kareena who is an orphan and believes in being a loving wife or Sohail who has a devil may care attitude and has fallen in love with Kareena and wants her at the expense of her marriage. So what will be he decisions taken by these people and where will there decisions land them. Salman has to leave Melborn and Fly to Singapore and wants Kareena to take a flight to Delhi. But Kareena wants to stay back in Melborn (without the knowledge of her husband). On the same airport Kareena manages to find a job with the help of her friend ‘s friend played by Mahek Chal. Kareena Meets Sohail at the same airport and they became friends and Kareena trusts this newfound friend completely. Complications arise when the husband resurfaces and Kareena has to choose one of them.
The movie directed by Sohail Khan is watchable once. Its not a topic that we havent heard about and infatuations do occur. It’s a movie based on emotional drama and the music has not turned out to be that popular except for 'Don't Say Alvida' and 'Rabba' which are melodious compositions. It has some wonderful dialogues and cinematography is fantastic. However it wont hold torch to Blue or All the best
Overall Rating: 3/5
