Anyone using TataIndicom's plug 2 surf USB modem?

What are its actual speed, how much speed it can give ?
What factors affect?
Tower Distance etc ?

What want to know , it is just CDMA 1x technology and should be delivering speed something around 144 kbps in best conditions.

Actual speed should depend on No. of users in that area, its not really affected by tower distance. Its not really the internet as they hype in their advertisements.
