Market is directly proportional to Organization and Organization is directly proportional to management. However the proper management of personnel in a volatile situation of market is a tough task. The profit, production, project & position all are immediately looks to be affected inversely if the market graph vertically downed average quarterly or more. All the business Organizations generally follows the five fold point to tackle the situation such as: Increasing the equity positions looking to the buying opportunity, hedge into a new underrepresented asset classes, Rebalancing the existing portfolio and tightening the existing position.
With the increasing the volatility period even if a small decision of past takes the whole balance sheet of the organization into the hell. The fresh costly apples are Lehman Brothers. And the American International Group (AIG) quote, “the firm's financial flexibility and ability to raise holding company cash is extremely limited due to recent declines in the company's stock price, widening credit spreads, and difficult capital market conditions." However the story not ends here. The situation is being more aggravate and the struggle for existence increased with the extension of market volatility till the confidence of stability. Followed by the market review throws the Company position into a new declining rating number. Existing project hamper, Planned projects are became wind up. The foresight placements lost their value increasing an unnecessary internal financial expenditure. So controlling the personnel is become a great task. The personnel (Well experienced and treated as the golden asset of Company) trying to leave the organization due to declining reputation or demands/ bargain more looking to the high inflation. And the average /border line employee decided to stay at the existing organization in a limited satisfaction till the ball not comes to their hand.
In other direction the management is trying to maintain the balance sheet and overall growth rate which reflects in work pressure, sell growth. Again, continuing to attract talent while keeping the value proposition attractive to customers is the deposited challenge for future. In other way this is the period when demand nationalized but supply privatized. Which tends to extreme hazard, such as: “Graziano Company Noida CEO Lynched by dismissed employees”?
So what is the Managing Formula? The most acceptable formula would be not by dismissing employees but by understanding and analyzing of fundamental environmental sustainability principles. Keep stick in employee’s wages and welfare policy. Try to control the external rumors like Organization reputation, and the internal rumors such as: Job security, job satisfaction etc. Managing Employees Wages and welfares pulling the resource from different source such as: Entertainment, long-term sponsored etc. Tightening the forecasting recruitment and in worst declining condition reducing the variable pay across the employees would be a well bearing flower to over come the period.
