Hi folks!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the most happening chats now a days is Gol Guppa....
But i know and understand how it feels when u want to have a plate of Gol Guppa and its too crowdy and u have to wait in long q........... :'(

No more waiting...
Few simple steps you should follow at home and you have it!!!!

Things required::::::

1. Poori [40]
2. Alu 1 kilo
3. Peas 250 gms (can use channa also)
4. Pani [u get a powder at stores which gives u the same taste of pani when u add water or just go for JAL JEERA powder]
5. Garam masala
6. chilli powder
7. Salt

Method:-

Boil Alu and Peas. After it is completly boiled put both the contants in the container and smash. Add 1 t-spoon of garam masala, 2 t-spoons of chilli powder and salt in required quantities. Mix it up properly.
The masala part is ready.

Now take 2 glasses of water in a separate container and add 4 to 5 spoons of Jal Jeera powder. You can also add imli to the same if u want. Mix it well...

Thats it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now take a small plate slightly hit on poori ;D stuff the alu and peas masala in that, take pani in a cup and dip the poori in it and have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I promise you it will be yummy!!!

if not available then ? Making poori at home is not less than a fight ..

coming to the topic, u can get poori anywhere i mean in any bakery... if not making it is soooo simple...

Its just like hoe you prepare normal poori...
