extreme or hunk from Hero Honda Bikes

i'm in an idea of buying either cbz extrem or hunk........i look for a good milage and with less maintanance.......which one can suit me??????

Give me your views for buying bike. I prefer bike of Hero Honda because they have good reputation in India from long period.
