To activate Caller tune in BSNL Mobile Handset you have to call 567 and listen the voice Message and choose song.
Or else you can send SMS "BT" to 567 it will activate Back Tune or Caller tune in your cell ( with Default caller tune) then you have to send caller tune song of your choice code to same number.
