I have a HTC Touch Viva. How do i configure it for bsnl 3g services?

Is this problem resolved ?

It is a windows 6.1 phone so you need to goto Start --> Settings --> Phone --> More --> Band Selection

There select WCDMA (if available) ie. band which refers to 3G.

Though steps may differ but should work this way more or less..
