Time out error during login into BSNL broadbadn.

I have bsnl from quite sometime and there was no problem but recently I am not able to login into administrative dataone accunt.
From where I can check my usage etc.
Bsnl guys said that its problem with my PC

With other dataone user my password works correctly.
I am using windows xp

Is this the first time you are trying this usage checking? Becas it needs some javascript support or some other support.

I think he is saying that when try to login into his dataone admistrative area, there he get timeout link.
