There are many good antivirus softwares. I prefer kaspersky in paid and Avira for free!

Avira Labs AntiVir PE is good.
Rest try Avast registered version.
AVG is also good.

hi guys avira is just show off for real time antivirus use norton total security 2010 all u need is a internet. Norton is free on the home site for 90 days enjoy usage of free antivirus.

It depends if you looking for a free or paid version. Once you give a clarity you might get better suggestions. However you can try for for reviews on AV's such as avira, avast, kaspersky, quick heal, norton, bitdefender etc. There are many available in the market & each user has a different opinion on what's best.
