I am looking to upgrade my 17 '' CRT monitor with 19" LCD monitor.

Anyone suggest me some good buy?

Or is it right time to buy ?

It is good choice to go for LCD becas it wont spoil ur eyes much.

But i heard that there are some problems in the LCD when it is getting old.

There are some problems in the pixels and some cells are getting damaged with dust.

So you need to keep it clean almost all time.

You can buy samsung or LG which are the best selling LCD in market

Well thats right but you should buy one whose service center is there in your city otherwise the dealer from you bought it will cause trouble in the case if you any problem with Monitor.

Though you will get surprised but Proview is getting hot seat in quality Monitor at best possible price.

few days back I bought 17 LG monitor and now regreting that I should have opted for 19 instead. Difference of money is just few hundred rs. but I was not really aware obout 19inch stuff.
