Sir, I have HTC Fuze (i.e. at&t unlock version) .. i have done all setting that you have post about 3G ........ 3G+ is display near the signal icon, but i cannot access internet .... can you please send me BSNL east 3g internet setting.

You have to make sure that your browser on phone is using the desired settings ie. the internet connection you created.
