    Hi,

    I cant register at selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in.

    It keeps me showing following error:
    Code:
    Broadband user ID is invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in your service.

    I have used my portal ID, my broadband ID but everytime it is giving me same error. Please help me .. first I can't open it but now I can't register.

    Please help.

    It simply means that you are providing wrong user ID while registration. You are supposed to provide client ID which is printed in your BILL.
