Sometimes you need GPRS services but problems that either you can't reach a nearby retailer or its not the right time, like Holidays, late night or so. But in TATA Docomo, you can activate your GPRS pack yourself. It is very easy, as easy as making a call.
Just make call to 5222252 and it will take to IVR , you will then get all details, choose your desired GPRS pack, and press 5 to activate.
They will send you a confirmation SMS .
And you are done!
