I don't know what is APN for your MOBILY service provider but I can tell you where you need to make changes, so if you know APN ie. Access POINT then add your access point and you can surf internet on your phone.
Settings--> Connections--> GPRS-->New (Give a name for the connection eg 3G)--> Connects to - internet, Access point - GIVE APN HERE, rest leave blank or default
