yes this include rental also
the 500 plan is with 175 free calls per month 1.5 GB of data tranfer then there is also 500 C PLUS which is having rental of Rs. 600 but with 50 free call and 2.5 GB of data transfer per month.

You asked me about service charge etc.. wll that is normal 12% I guess with .2 % cess. .
