Definitely Honda CBR 250R is way better than Karizma ZMR . First of all there is great difference between power delivery of both the bikes, while Karizma ZMR gives meager 17.6bhp, Honda CBR 250R gives 26.2bhp. Actually there is no direct comparison between both. Karizma just looks good otherwise it has no handling or power delivery or even technology which can be compared to CBR250R.
