Hi,
My BlackBerry Q10 is not activating the 399 internet package is not working. I tried it many times but it is not working.
Is this a problem with my phone only or is it with every BlackBerry Q10. I have asked customer care and also sent activation messages but it is not activating and I am getting charged for the browsing and intrnet usage which shouldn't not be the case.
Please help me to what should I do so that I can use BIS399 plan of vodafone on my new BB Q10 handset because without internet it is useless for me and I can't enjoy it.
