??? ??? I have installed windows xpsp2 and ubuntu on same drive(by default c) now i want to remove ubuntu but i don't know how?please help me as ubuntu is taking 20 gb of space.

Just delete the partition where you installed it and then run "fixboot" and "fixmbr" from windows recovery console to remove GRUB.
i tried another way and was succesful.
1>inserted wndows xp cd and started new boot
2>then i deleted unknown partitions
3>exit from boot menu by pressing f3
4>windows xp will boot
5>go to disk managment(click on run type compmgmt.msc)
6>format unknown partions
7>create a new partition
