Ingredients:
16 oz plain Yogurt or Curd
1/2 bunch Green Spinach
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Salt
Method:
1.Wash and finely chop spinach & green chillies.
2.Beat the curd to a regular consistency and add all the ingredients.
3.Serve chilled.
