Hi
I work in software company and I happen to have habit of exercise but my work routine is so hectic that I can't take my proper diet which is required when I am on exercise routine. So I think it would be great idea if I take some dry fruits those are rich in protein to office and eat them when I get time. They will be good option because they will not get rotten like eggs of meat and will be easy to consume.
So please suggest me those dry fruits those are high in protein and low in fats .
