Hi all,
any one can tell me wich is the best multi - vitamin in India?
Raj ???
Which area of country you reside ?
Eat a balanced diet. Everything is there.
Often consume Amla, Lemon, Curry Leaf, Corrinder leaf, Pudina leaf, Tulsi and Coconut water. This will supplement some rare vitamins and minerals.
Although a balanced diet seems to be the only solution every doctor would tell us in achieving all round vitamins that are needed for our body, how many of us actually consume a balanced diet of such foods?
There is no such thing as the best vitamins as claimed by the numerous pharmaceutical companies. Various vitamins are needed for their specific functions and depends on each person's requirement (ie what is deficient) that determines what types of vitamins that needed to be ingested.
It is always the DRI (Daily Recommmended Intake) in every bottle of vitamins that shows you your requirements. There are many pharmaceutical companies which promotes their vitamins emphasizing on certain form of minerals/vitamins but never one of them would give you a complete requirement of all types of vitamins/minerals necessary or sufficient for our body daily intake.

Vitamins are an important part of a health diet. Unlike carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, vitamins do not directly provide building blocks or energy for your body; vitamins function as assistants to your body in creating and breakdown down building blocks and storing and releasing energy.Nutrients form the basis for your body, emotional and spiritual needs. Fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and fish and lean meat is important.
Eat balanced diet bcoz all vitamins are include in our daily meals

I use multivat and get very good results from it though it is not one of the most known vitamin pills.
Consult with specialist doctor, who examine you and suggest you according to your body requirement because most of the time this is not required but people think about it.
We don't need any.
Indian diet is a healthy mix of all we need. Don't spoil your bodies by consuming harmful chemicals hiding inside the tablets/
keep a rich supply of fruits, Vegetables and milk.....you'd never need to rely on tablets.
I don't think that you are a aged person. Take a balanced diet in your meal, do exercise, sleep timely hope you will be fine in few months and no need of taking multi-vitamins.
