Since its a Windows mobile, you can set it work for BSNL 3G easily.
First make sure your phone is set to work in 3G mode...
Goto --> Settings --> Phone --> More --> Band Selection --> Set it to WCDMA
Now configure modem for 3G connection, for that
Goto --> Settings --> Connections --> Connections --> MY WAP Networks --> Manage Existing Connections ---> NEW --> Now give it some name (say BSNL 3G) --> Select Modem : Cellular Line (GPRS) --> Next --> Give apn as "gprsnorth3g.bsnlmobile.in --> NEXT (Leave Everything blank here) --> Finish [/b]
You may use other APN as provided by BSNL in your area. Also now make sure that under :
Goto --> Settings --> Connections --> Connections --> MY WAP Networks --> Manage Existing Connections
Your newly created connection is being selected.
Done..

I've tried the settings u've provided.
The problem is that I cannot find Settings --> Connections --> Connections --> MY WAP Networks in my phone.
It shows settings--> connections--> a list featuring wireless manager, Beam, Bluetooth, USB, GPRS, Proxy.
What to do nxt.

Are you sure ? I think you are missing something, is it all you got in --> Settings --> Connections
What is the content of GPRS and PROXY ?

I've scrolled again and again. The contents of GPRS and Proxy are as
GPRS-->NEW-->Description, Connects from, Connects to, Access point,User name, Password, Authentication type, Primary DNS, Secondary DNS, IP Address
Proxy--> NEW-->Description, Connects from, Connects to, proxy(nameort), type,User name, Password

These settings are for east zone
Settings--> Connections--> GPRS-->New (Give a name for the connection eg 3G)--> Connects to - internet, Access point - gprseast.cellone.in, rest leave blank or default

you can use ur mp3 as rington
*first copy it to my documents and save it in my sound then by going in option us it as you can use it as ringtone

I want to set up my push mail (MS exchange) onmy samsung omnia pro, after doing the settings, while activsync it shows the message that failed to connect internet, data coverage may be unavailable. I am having GPRS activated on my phone. Please advise.
