Bajaj is all set to harness its brand value, as was already news, they have launched the 135cc version of Pulsar. The new Pulsar is expected to increase Pulsar sale as Pulsar already have a strong presence in market.
Pulsar 135 LS is powered with a state of the art 4-valve DTS-i engine.The new Pulsar, which will be manufactured from Chakan plant, is priced at Rs 51,000 ex-showroom Delhi. This bike at produced 13.5 PS power at 9000rpm and 11.Nm of torque at 7500rpm. The bike is light and because of its higher power to weight ratio, this bike will give stunning performance.
Bajaj expects to sell a minimum of around 30. 000 units per month of the newly launched model. Bajaj belives that the total sales of the entire Pulsar range would easily cross 80,000 units per month.
Bajaj Auto pocketed net profit of Rs 402.83 crore during Q2 September 2009, up 117.85 per cent from the same period of previous year.
