Ingredients
1 cup Cooked rice
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
4-5 sprig Curry leaves
3 Green chillies
2 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons Ghee
Salt (As per taste)
Method
Heat ghee in a deep bottomed pan, add the mustard and cumin seeds. When the seeds start spluttering, add the chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Add the cooked rice and salt. Mix and cook on a low flame till the masala is mixed with the rice. Sprinkle chopped coriander.
Serve hot.
