Hrithik Roshan's wife Sussanne and his close friends had advised him not to show his "fat" picture to the public. But the Actor wanted to share his story and tell people that they too can change their lives. Ten weeks ago,he was terribly unfit and cut to now he has a strong muscular body to showoff. He explained how two-and-a-half months ago he started out from a very dark place and how he was in deep depression because he was laid up in bed due to his back problem. He was eating all kinds of junk food - all the cupcakes and brownies that people were sending him to make him feel better. The actor then decided to change and followed a strict regime of exercise where he did cardio for half-an-hour in the morning, and a one-hour workout during the day. He have a slipped disc so he has to avoid heavy weights. th actor has reduced lost ten-and-a-half kilos, and his waist has gone down from 36.5 cm to 29.5 cm, all in 10 weeks.
